Homemade Vegan "Beef" Broth in 15 Minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 TBS Miso Paste
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 TBS Reduced Sodium Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS Magical Broth Powder
  • 2 tsp Magical Seasoning Blend
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions

  • Add the miso paste, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar to a saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat while mashing up the miso into the liquid until all the miso is incorporated.
  • Mix in the reduced sodium Tamari soy sauce.
  • Add the Magical Seasoning Blend and Magical Broth Powder to the liquid mixture, then stir until combined.
  • Cook the mixture for a few minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Mix in about two cups of the water, then bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, then mix in the remaining water.
  • Store your broth in jars with tight-fitting lids in the fridge for up to five days, or in the freezer for up to six months. There will be some settling of the solids in the broth, so shake well before using.
