All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
Freely Vegan All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour works differently than any other flour on the market because it uses The Plant Based Egg instead of gums. Gums are a common substitute for gluten, but they create a gummy texture and eggs are quite drying in GF baking. We use The Plant Based Egg to substitute for both gums and eggs in our flour and that means your GF baked goods will always come out great and have a superior texture. You’ll never want to use xanthan gum, guar gum, or eggs in baking again!
Note: Do not add any egg replacement when using this flour – it already has The Plant Based Egg built in!
Like all of our products, this flour blend is gluten free, top 8 allergen free, sesame free, and non-GMO! It is produced in a dedicated facility that is free from all of those, so there is no risk of cross-contamination.
Ingredients: Whole Grain Blend (Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour), White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, The Plant Based Egg (Psyllium Husk, Flaxseed, Pectin [apple/citrus pectin and cane sugar], Agar, Milled Chia, Sunflower Lecithin), Sweet White Rice Flour, Potato Flour.

I love this GF AP flour so much. I bake a lot. This is the best GF flour I’ve used. It doesn’t taste gummy like a lot of supermarket gf flour blends. I routinely make loaves of bread, muffins, biscuits, & pancakes. Never disappoints. Even if you aren’t vegan this is the best GF around.
