Chocolate “Ice Cream” Mix

This revolutionary dairy free dessert mix makes “ice cream”, frozen fudge bars, and pudding! Add canned coconut milk to make a basic chocolate ice cream, or add additional flavors and mix-ins to make your favorite ice cream. (You do need an ice cream machine to make ice cream, but no special equipment is required to make frozen fudge bars or pudding.)
You can also substitute Silk Heavy Whipping Cream or Country Crock Plant Cream Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative instead of the coconut milk by adding the full carton of heavy cream plus 1 1/2 cups of water instead of the 2 cans of coconut milk!

Here’s an example of just how easy it is to create custom flavors: For mint chocolate truffle ice cream, follow the package directions, except add 1 tsp of peppermint extract with the coconut milk, and add 4 oz of grated dark chocolate once the ice cream is mostly frozen but still churning. Like all of our products, this chocolate “ice cream” mix is gluten free, top 8 allergen free, sesame free, and non-GMO! It is produced in a dedicated facility that is free from all of those, so there is no risk of cross-contamination. *Please note, however, that while this dry mix is tree nut free, you do need to add coconut milk to the mix, so this product is not suitable for those with a coconut allergy.*
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Powdered Sugar (cane sugar, tapioca starch), Cocoa Powder, Vitamin Blend (magnesium lactate, tricalcium phosphate, vitamin D2), Gum Blend (acacia gum, locust bean gum), Vanilla Powder (dextrose, select vanilla beans), Salt, Dutch Cocoa (processed with alkali), Pectin (citrus pectin, cane sugar), Sunflower Lecithin.
