Gluten Free Flour

Freely Vegan flour revolutionizes gluten free baking! Traditionally, xanthan and guar gums have been used in gluten free flour blends to replace the structure that gluten provides in wheat flour. Unfortunately, these gums tend to make your baked goods gummy! We use The Plant Based Egg in our flour to replace both gums and eggs, so you get wonderful baked goods that have a perfect texture and appearance.

What if I’m gluten free, but not vegan? Many gluten free recipes over-rely on eggs to provide structure. This is why they often produce dry and crumbly results, and why most gluten free bread doughs look more like cake batter. Eggs are not necessary and you will get fantastic baked goods without them. Your cookies will not crumble, your muffins will look like you bought them from a bakery, and your loaves of bread will be tall, light, and fluffy! (We can’t wait for you try one of our bread recipes and work with a lovely dough that is firm enough to braid and shape!)

Freely Vegan flour is perfect for people with allergies and those who are gluten free. It is top 8 allergen free and is produced in a dedicated gluten free and top 8 allergen free facility! All of our products are also non-GMO and no GMO ingredients are allowed in our manufacturing facility.

Ingredients: Whole Grain Blend (Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour), White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, The Plant Based Egg (Psyllium Husk, Flaxseed, Pectin [apple/citrus pectin and cane sugar], Agar, Milled Chia, Sunflower Lecithin), Sweet White Rice Flour, Potato Flour.

Directions & Tips: Our flour is made with The Plant Based Egg and is designed to work without gums or eggs. Therefore, it will not work in standard recipes that call for dairy and eggs without making some recipe modifications. This often means adjusting the amounts of flour, fat, and liquid, so we recommend using one of our recipes. They are thoroughly tested and perfected to give you fabulous baked goods. We also highly recommend using a digital kitchen scale to weigh your ingredients. This eliminates errors in measuring and ensures consistently excellent results.
