Gretchen is a professional chef with over 20 years experience in the baking industry, including 10 years as the owner of a bakery. She develops our wheat flour recipes. Gretchen has a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. She lives in New Jersey and enjoys walking nature trails, cooking and baking vegan food, and playing with her cat. Gretchen has a blog and a YouTube channel, @Gretchen’s Vegan Bakery
