Deborah is the founder of Freely Vegan and develops all of our products. She has a BA in History of Science from Yale University and is an Escoffier Certified Patissiere. Deborah has celiac disease and is committed to creating premium gluten free products. She lives in rural Ohio, can see seven farms from her yard, and enjoys creating and sharing gluten free, vegan recipes.
